As we approach the end of summer I was wondering if you had the same texture issues you had shared with us in you OSEA sponsored video a year ago? At the end of that video you shared getting a facial and that your facialist had noticed tons if melia. And you thought if was due to silicones in products you had been using but you also shared it might be due to sunscreen. I was curious if you have experienced that again this summer? And whether you still think it's sunscreen or silocones(last summer) that had caused it. Have uou had a facial again this summer and had your facialist noticed a difference? Thank you, Trish! Hello. I am 49 years old (can't quite believe it yet) and I am also thinking about doing microneedling with RF. I visited two clinics and at one they said they don't use anesthesia because with all the prickling of the skin it could get into the blood stream. At the other place they told me they used a special cream to numb any pain. I would be interested in knowing your thoughts on this.

I should have done that when my hair was dull white/grey. But I coloured it again..... Now I am growing out my grey again and this time I want to have lowlights blended with my grey.

So many nice products! Earlier this year my luggage was lost on a trip to Paris. In my purse I had a Salt NY quad in my purse with two blushes, a skin tint, and a highlight. I spent a whole week in Paris wearing only Salt NY. The blush is also nice on lips and even gives a nice light wash of color on the eyes. It’s a big win for a travel makeup capsule.

Unfortunately not all of us get nice salt and pepper gray. Remember that you might not get the cool pretty colors you see on many videos, even with purple shampoo. I did a few yrs of grow out and the bangs and some areas around my head were a pretty silver. The rest of my hair was a strange brown color which after about 2 yrs I am ready for change. I dont want to add dye and chase the gray again BUT I do want a nicer tone than I have. I decided to bleach and tone to a lovely silver color. This way I can grow out gray and it will blend without using dye. My hair is healthy so the process went well.

May I suggest the butterfly cut so you will have lots of layers and your hair will look curlier😊

Hi. I know it's several months later, but I wanted to share my condolences for the loss of your mother. I am also 55 and lost my mother 7 years ago after many months of struggling with heart failure. I hope you are doing ok. Grief is so hard. Especially losing a mother. 🕊️

You may not like this for some reason, but when I’m showering I love to put my oil cleanser on my face before getting the shower. Then I mostly leave it on until I massage/rinse my face toward the end of my shower!

I don't know if it's the Newa or just overall skin health, but your skin is looking pretty amazing! 😮 Regarding things we've been loving as of late, ever since you shared that Heart of Gold has come back with seasonal capsules, I've been in love with that brand. I got the honey mask and the lilac and honey mist from the spring capsule, and omg do I adore them both! I'm not sure if anyone can replace my first love of (every) mist from Live Botanical, but at least there's now some competition! 😅 So thanks for that introduction to a brand that I otherwise would not have on my radar! 🫶

Thank you for swatching LE liner in Renaissance gold. I am interested in that one to. I love the cool tone of that shade in the swatch, I thought it would be a lot warmer in tone. But because I am a cool toned lover, I am not mad about that. So with my next order I would pick it up, when it is still available of course. That night cream looks so lovely, with my added fragrance allergy, I think it would be save for me, looking to the full ingredients list. But it is to expensive for my budget.

Hi Trish, this device is definitely something I'd be interested in trying so thanks for the comprehensive review. I had a series of RF treatments at the doctor's office a couple of years ago on my neck and loved the results. They used a numbing gel because the device gets very hot. I would have to check the Newa site for an ingredients list for the gel (for corn derivatives) - although it doesn't seem to be mandatory, so do you think the device would be painful if you didn't use it?

I have the Live Botanical Ambient Moisture Liquid. I actually bought it during the Christmas holidays where I stocked up on a lot of your recommendations and just put them in the fridge. When you mentioned how the LB Ambient Moisture Liquid could help with puffiness around the eyes sue to the horsetail, I decided to get mine out of the fridge to see if it would work for my eye issues. Well, I was shocked. It worked miracles. Not only did it help with my puffiness at the bottom of my eyes, but it also worked to clear up the eczema that was developing under my eyes, the outer corner and eyelid. I don't usually have an issue with my eyes, but about 6 weeks ago, some mosquito or small bug bit me under my eye and it had been irritated and puffy for weeks. In fact, one day i woke up and call the eye doctor because the entire side of my face was puffy. At one point it seemed to be getting better after a couple of weeks, but then returned. The doctor told me to do warm compresses 2x/day, which made minimal difference. She also told me to use Acquafor on the eyelid and wherever it was dry. That really didn't help. When I saw your video and you suggested the LV Ambient Moisture Liquid, I went to the fridge and pulled out my new bottle. With just 1 use around my eyes ( and the rest of my face), I saw a huge difference. after about 3 days, the skin around my eye was 90% normal. It also cleared up the dark pigmentation that had developed because of the insect bite and the dryness. It was like a miracle. It's the one thing that worked and didn't irritate my eye at all (and I have very sensitive eyes). Thank you so much for this video recommending this product. I absolutely love your reviews. They've been spot on. I've also come to love the Furtuna Skincare line as well ( cleansing balm, exfoliator, night renewal cream, biophase). You're the only content creator who so vividly explains products (scent, feel, texture on skin) that I am able to imagine how it would work and feel on my own skin. I adore the Live Botanical Ambient Moisture Liquid! I love that Carolyn omitted the hyaluronic acid that was in the previous formulations. While I enjoyed it before I didn't go through many bottles as I don't love HA (plus it's in everything unfortunately). The current formulation is just perfection. I've made it a permanent product in my skincare and have gone through so many bottles. I also love that LB has many items with no added essential oils. It's so easy to go overboard with green beauty brands EO heavy products.

I love Salt NY!! They are some of my most favorite makeup. It’s not full coverage, but it does leave my skin looking like my skin but better. I even think it looks a bit unnatural to completely cover dark circles, and I think the concealer and Sneaky Balm do a great job of providing coverage but still looking natural. They are both so comfortable on my skin and wear so beautifully throughout the day (even as they wear off, they still look great).
